Dear sir/ madam,
Whether it is compulsory to register under GST for sole proprietor providing online teaching from Maharashtra to students located abroad when his gross receipts doesnot exist Rs. 20 lakh p.a.
Further whether separate bank a/c is required for the proprietorship firm receipts.
