Sir
I applied for the registration of a Pvt Ltd Co on 05/03/2012 and duly filed Form 1 alongwith form 18 & 32.
I got a querry from MCA, ROC office that i have to resubitt FOrm NO- 1, beacuse "total of shares in moa is missing and subscribers details to be filled by the subs. own handwiting."
After making corrections i resubmitted the Form 1 on 13/03/2012.
Now again i got a querry "Rubber stamp of the Professional sings. of witnessee and also objects given in moa. Inform them"
Can anybody tell me what's the meaning of this and what they want exactly,

Yes, it is required to rubber stamp of the professional because it will be treated as correction on MOA. I will suggest you to says your professional to use our stamp and initials where the correction has been made after MCA instruction.
In your case when you have resubmitted the corrected papers you have not used your professional stamp and initials where the correction has been made after filing Form-1 and before resubmission i.e. 13/03/2012/
