Hi,
I am an NRI from Canada. I need to register a proprietorship firm in New Delhi for conducting multilevel marketing.
What is the process to do it and what registrations do I need to apply for to get the same?
Would the income earned by subject to any service tax or VAT?

Dear Sir,
For setting up the business in India, You need various registration Like Income tax PAN card. Service tax no.if you gonna provide service business and the threshold limit is 10 lacs, and vat if you gonna trade in goods. threshold limit is 10 lacs and for import 1 lacs
