13 February 2018 sir I am cable operator at distt almora uttarakhand and my turn over is 7 lakh per year.Does it is necessary to register in gst for my business.As according to government,an individual whose turn over is less than 10 lakh does not come under gst limit.
Please clear my doubt whether I have to take gst regisration or not.

14 February 2018 No need.... If Your Turn Over is Less than 10lakhs then no need to Registration under GST... If Your Turn Over is Exceeding Rs. 10lakhs then You can go to Register under GST... GOOD LUCK...

15 February 2018 thanks sir but some big cable networks are saying us to register for gst whether your income is less than 10 lakh because they are saying that cable business is come under services.And so 18% gst should pay.

15 February 2018 The business is came in any rate of tax. As per rule no need registration if Your T/O less than 10Lakhs...
But, Your principle required registration from Your Firm then You can go to Register under GST...

Bcoz, Then Only You can continue Your Busine to the Big Cable Networks...
