Registration of firm as associates

24 September 2014 Dear sir,
I am pursuing CA Final. I want to register firm for providing services of accounting, TDS, ITR etc.

So, please tell me that can i do so ?? If yes, then tell me what is name of my firm end...(& Company of & associates).

If we start proprietorship firm, then registration is mandatory or not. If not, then what number is placed in invoice.

Please suggest me earlier.

24 September 2014 you can get ATC certification from icai and can start ur firm but cant perform attest function

24 September 2014 you can start proprietorship firm for providing accounting TDS and ITR services for which no registration is required. Service tax registration required from second year if threshold limit exceeds. Till then no No. is required in the invoice.

06 February 2015 hello sir,
I am currently working in MNC company. I have must spend 8-10 hrs in company. I want to know that how to prepare for my CA Final May 2015 Exam. The company will not provide leave for exam more than 10 days. I have married person and no money support from my parents, due to this I have not resign from my company.
Please advise me, how to prepare for May 2015 exam. Syllabus is also changed. I have take coaching in very past time. I have go to office at 8.00 AM & reach back to home at 7.30 PM. Please advise me how to manage my time for exam.
