24 March 2012 Can anyone let me know the detailed and step-wise procedure for company registration after allotment of name to a private limited company, also provide me if possible the specified link from which I can collect the relevant information.

Procedural requirement for formation of new company:

1. Obtain Digital signature of one of the promoter/director
2. Obtain DIN of at least two director
3. After obtaining approved DIN file Form 1A with ROC for name availability
4. If name is available ROC give name with in 3 days from the date of assigning
5. U will print at least two MOA and AOA
6. Stamping of MOA and AOA as per your company’s Authorised capital with concerned Treasurar
7. After stamping of MOA and AOA fill the subscription clause by the promoters
8. File Form 1, 18, and 32 with the concerned ROC with the prescribed as given in Schedule X
9. File physical document like MOA and AOA for correction and other formalities
10. After verification of physical documents of incorporation, ROC generate the Company Identification Number (CIN) and issue certificate of Incorporation at the registered address of the company

If you wanted to pay fee first of all your longing should be on MCA portal. Payment of challan will be made in authorised bank as given on MCA Portal.

27 March 2012 Can u let me know the process of getting online stamps on Form 1, MOA and AOA from MCA Portal?

When you fill up Form 1 at the time of incorporation the form will ask you the payment of online stamp then you click the same. The challan of online payment will generate along with form-1.

27 March 2012 Please let me know that once i select the state in row no. 9(a) and click on prefill button the system will ask to pay the stamp duty online? also let me know that the MOA and AOA which i will attached in form 1 must contain the last page subscribed by the directors and shareholders physically or I should type the details in it with remarking it as sd/-?
