how n where is to be register a concern dealing in business of sports hosiery fabrics.

This is in which state? However, if you are sure you are dealing only in tax free goods, you need not register under VAT Act. But, such fabrics are taxable under Entry Tax in many states. For this purpose you may have to register under VAT Act for getting a TIN no and filing of e- returns etc.....MJK
