I HAVE COMPLETED B.COM WITH 70% UNDER K.U & HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED IN CPT.AND GIVEN CPT DEC 2011 BUT DUE TO MY SEMESTER EXAMS I FAIL TO APPEAR IN CPT EXAM ... BUT FROM NOW CPT HAS BEEN EXEMPTED CAN I GO FOR REGISTERATION IN IPCC EXAM IN NOV2013...AS 'M ALREADY REGISTERED IN CPT ....PLZ..KINDLY ANSWER ME ,..'M WAITING......

Yes you can register directly for IPCC provided you fulfill the conditions of the notification.
