24 December 2013 hi guys me aman............ my friend "rahul" wants to get entry in the ""direct entry scheem"" .... today he is done orientation training... and his ""ITT"" will start on 1st january 2014.... but the last date of submission of itt&op is 31st january for november 2014 attempt..... and he is sure that his itt will be completed before 31st jan.... here the difficulty is that issue of itt certificate in february..... but icai demand my itt certificate , ot certificate , articleship joining form..... before 1st february.... is rahul elizible for nov 2014 attempt.....?????

24 December 2013 is it so? If I am not mistaken, you can submit the documents later with late fees, but you need to complete 9 months of articleship before 1 November 2014.
