What is the latest requirement of documents for Registration of services provided by an advocate?

1) PAN Card copy.
2) Address proof copy.
3) If partnership, copy of Partnership deed.
4) Form ST-1 should be e-filed. Web site :- www.aces.gov.in
5) Hard copy along with the above enclosures should be submitted in the jurisdictional Central Excise & Service tax office.
