I want to open a company from capital 1 lac what would be the right step to launch the company which is having the vision of listing in stock exchange.

The steps towards a good listing on stock exchange are - have a long term vision clearly and unambiguously stated out.. work on a good business model, remain dedicated to developing good and ethical business practices, develop a healthy balancesheet, hire right people, have good advisors, always be on your toes in this dynamic environment and have zero tolerance for non-compliance of internal and external rules and regulations.
I am sure by following the above, you would be a respectable brand in few years, for which people would like to invest in.
