Dear Sir,
We are manufaturing auto interiors part and supplying the same to ai=uto companies.
We have plant and we would like hire warehouse that should be located near to customer company.
In this case we like to bill from ware house and first transfer the manufacture goods from plant to warehouse.
just would like to know excise which registration is reauired maufacture or dealer? is it possible dealer? then at what price we need to transfer goods to warehouse.
please brief us on this.

If the value is not a problem - then duty canbe paid on the actual value and the warehouse couldbe rgd as a dealer. They can then pass onb the duty on the part qty being sent.

In this case,
can we transfer goods on our sale price? so at the time of final sale to customer, we will tansfer excise amt to them on final invoice.
