19 May 2010 Hi

I am already having vat Registration in Tamilnadu State relating to one old project.
Now i got one new Construction contract in Tamilnadu state but handling that project from Bangalore.

What is the VAT formalitities i will have to complay.

Please suggest me relating to this issue.

19 May 2010 Only existing refgistration in Tamilnadu enoguh for doing construction work at Tamil nadu. Incase there is any material trasnfer from Bangalore to TamilNadu you need to register Karnataka also
