09 February 2011 even after issuance of notification it is not made clear by institute that whether it is compulsory to pay rs.1100 for study material??????
in case a student does not wana avial the study material as it would take time for sure to come,so wt one must do????

as notification clearly specifies that students of old course are automatically swithced to new course but no one including regional centres are not sure about fees of Rs. 1100?- whether it is manadatory?????


please any one clear the doubt its damn urgent
