Regarding termination of articleship

I have passed my IPCC both groups in May 2011. I have also applied for my final registration and I joined my articleship with an Auditor from September 2011. I have done my articles for 2 months ( Sep & Oct ). Unfortunately, my auditor was deceased last week.
What are the procedures to be carried with the auditor's office and with the CA Institute ...... Kindly help me .....

write a latter to icai mentioning your details regarding termination, and icai approve it for termination, after that you can fill form 109
