If mr A has purchase of more than 1 crore and sales is of Rs 90 lakhs . is it laible for tax audit ? If yes then under which section 44AB(a) or 44AB(e) ?

Unless Mr A had declared any assessment u/s. 44AD in any earlier 5 years, no Tax audit applicable in PY.
