12 December 2013 Dear Sir,

After certification of softex form from Software technology parks of India duplicate copy of softex form is to be submitted to authorised dealer for knoking off FIRC. However, the Duplicate copy of softex has been misplaced but i have photocopy of this duplicate softex form. how can i submit softex form to bank. is photocopied copy can be submitted.

Please give your valuable suggestions.
