Regarding sale of imported raw material to customer

Sir, we had purchase raw material from USA, from which we had taken cenvat in excise duy (from Bill of Entry, Excise+Additional).
But now we want to sale that raw material to our customer, as it is or some part of Total Lot.
Please tell that how much excise will be charged in our sale bill, because the Excise duty on our Raw Material (Paper) is only 6%.

Reverse the cenvat credit on sale portion. You can't charge any excise duty as you are merely selling what ever is imported.

But, where it (Reversed Cenvat) will be shown in Our ER-1 for Nov'15.

You can't charge any excise duty as it is not manufactured by you. You can charge only VAT if applicable. In the selling price you can include all import duties.

Sir, Sale Bill mein agar excise duty nahi lagate hai toh raste mein koi problem excise deptt. ki taraf se toh nahi hogi? Bill mein excise nahi lagane ka koi notification no. likhna hoga kya? ya phir alag se bill book banwani paregi.

No problem enclose copy of import duty payments. Check whether you are permitted to sell the material. Reverse cenvat credit and pay excise duty enclose copy of excise payment.

Sir, will excise duty be paid in advance? We want to adjust it from our cenvat balance and Balance excise duty will be paid by us in next month by 5th. CAN IT POSSIBLE?
