sir i had registered for both grp of ipcc for may 2011 3mnths back i got ma registration letter 15days back but now i m plannin to appear for nov 2011 so what should i do now plz help

Nothing is required to be done...wait for the exam form filling date for the Nov 2011 attempt.
However i would advise you to go for May 2011 attempt for experience purpose.
