I am doaing job in Kundli, Sonepat (haryana). I want to register my co. with service tax. please tell me requirements for registration in service tax.

1) Copy of the PAN card of the Company
2) proof of address of the premises, if rental copy of the rental agreement. Municipal tax fee receipt of the premises copy, VAT/CST registration copy.
3) Directors list, address with PAN details with proof of address.
4) Copy of the memorandum and articles of association to prove the constitution of the applicant
5) Power of attorney in respect of authorised person/Board resolution
