28 August 2014 i am a salary employee and my tds deducted in fy 2012-13 & fy 2013-14, my total income is not taxable if i file the return than can i take refund or not

29 August 2014 If your Net Taxable Income is less than the basic exemption limit, then you can file your Return of Income for FY 2012-13 & FY 2013-14 and can claim your refund.

However, kindly note that the last date for filing belated return for FY 2012-13 will be March 31, 2015 and that for FY 2013-14 will be March 31, 2016.
