I lost my pan card & i have only a copy of latter.
But i used this pan card for my return filing
Than how can i Receive my duplicate pan card.
Q1 My old PAN Address is all so change & i want to give in my duplicate pan card.
Q2 What i do, can i file rectification form ?

Pl apply in form called 'REQUEST FOR NEW PAN CARD OR / AND CHANGES OR CORRECTION IN PAN DATA' enclosing therewith photo, new address proof and pay the prescribed fee.
