Hi Everyone,
one of my client registered in GST. He started export the material to out of india. and he purchases the material from composition dealer can he have do that for exclusively for the purpose of export ?
Please suggest to me.

Yes, he can purchase goods from composition dealer for export.

There is no restriction in exporting the goods purchased from Composition dealer.So he can export those goods after filing LUT.
