06 August 2015 Whether Non Resident Assessee (Other than Indian Citizen,i.e: having Passport of another Country) should mention his/her Passport number in New ITR Form???

06 August 2015 There is no harm in giving ADDITIONAL information. That basically depends upon how much time you are able to spend on one return.

06 August 2015 Hi,

Technically it is not required to be mentioned in new ITR form. Accordingly as per my recommendation do not share the passport number. Rest you are not restricted by law to share the same.
