I HAD MISTAKENLY NOT SENT MY ITR-V (A.Y.09-10) FILED ELECTRONICALLY WITHIN THE DUE TIME PERIOD.
NOW PLEASE EXPLAIN ME THE REMEDIES OR CAN I SUBMIT MY RETURN BELATED TO THE LOCAL INCOME-TAX OFFICE..PLEASE HELP
