06 December 2008 What will be the maximum difference of days b/w filling & preparing the ITR 6. And Resolution date may be preparing date of return & we can filled this returm after a month

06 December 2008 As per law there is no maximum day's delay or so. Board of directors pass resolution to file income tax return. Date in Part c of ITR6 shall be that date or any other after that.
