08 May 2014 This is because, I presume, rule 16(1)(a) of Companies (Incorporation) Rules,2014 is loosely drafted. Further, there is no mention about the e-form to which particulars mentioned in rule 16(1)(a) to (p) has to be attached.
However, I am planning to prepare a statement containing the above particulars in a sheet of paper, affix the photograph along side, scan in PDF format and to attach with form INC-7.
