16 October 2012 i have applied for cop as i wanted to enter into a partnership but after that due to some issue i dnt want to enter in that partnership and now i m doing job in a Pvt. Ltd. company.May i surrender that COP or it will be beneficial for me in future?????????

If you wanted to join the job then you can surrender the COP. COP in today is good option because their is lots of scope for practicing.
