Regarding change of name-icai

Dear Friends,
I have recently changed my name and add surname with my first name. On behalf of this i have published advertisement in Gazette publication.
Last month i have sent a duly signed request letter and attested Gazette publication to the ICAI at Regional office-Vishwa Nagar by speed post. However i have not received yet any acknowledgement from ICAI.
Kindly let me know what should i do or which steps should i follow to update my name at the earliest.
Kindly spare your few time to resolve this problem.

track status of your speed post
In case speed post tracking shows that your application has reached ICAI, since you have already done your bit, just call up members section over phone to check the status of your application.
If no satisfactory response is received, you may lodge a complaint at https://220.227.168.109/
