29 October 2015 Dear Sir,
I am Registered in CA Course under Direct Entry System & my Articalship was Started from 01st October 2012,then on 31st December 2014 I Sent Termination Form to Institute afterthat i joined a job from April 2015 to September 2015.now i completed my CS and i want to start my Articalship of CS.Now what i do, how to start my articalship of CS.How to Terminate/Complition of my CA Articalship,Please Suggest me as soon as possible & oblige me.i already show cs course at the time of registered in direct entry scheme.

30 October 2015 Why so? Why ICAI has NOT accepted your termination? Did you fill form 109 at the time of termination?

30 October 2015 yes sir I sent form 109 at the time of termination with mutual understanding of my boss,but institute said that provide sufficient reson of termination. and can't accept my termination on that basis.

30 October 2015 you cant take transfer without a valid reason as per list provided by icai after one year of articleship..so you have to give a valid reason with proper supportings

30 October 2015 you are not taking transfer.... termination is way apart from transfer.

Plesze clarify, whether it was transfer or TERMINATION?

02 November 2015 Then? Please enwuire with ICAI about the ANAMOLY if any found in your termination letter.
