We are dealing with pharma distribution.
We are purchasing meidcines from andra.
So they are charging cst 4%.
So we have to file c form here in karnataka or not? Please tell me more about C form Why it is filed ?

17 November 2008 You may obtain c form from your commercial tax officer.
If you purchase goods from outside the state you send them c-form. Then they will charge you cst @ 2% only.
