I had registered myself for IPCC with ATC. I have cleared my ipcc in nov'11 and also my articleship period is above 1 year now,n also i have registered for my CA Final. My Query is that-Can i get my ATC certificate eventhough i am continuing with my CA Final

Yes, you can get your ATC (Accounting Technician Certificate) even if you are continuing with your CA Final.
Here’s why: ATC Certificate is awarded once you clear the IPCC (Integrated Professional Competence Course) and complete one year of articleship training. Since you cleared your IPCC in Nov 2011 and have completed over one year of articleship, you are eligible. Your registration for the CA Final doesn’t affect the award of the ATC certificate. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) issues the ATC certificate automatically if the criteria are met or you can apply for it via the ICAI portal. What you can do: Check the ICAI website or your regional office for the status of your ATC certificate. If it’s not received, you can write an application/request to ICAI or apply online. Keep handy your IPCC pass details and articleship completion proof for reference.
