Sir,
By mistake, I send the form 103 to New Delhi instead of Chennai. I belongs to SIRC, Chennai. Please tell me will be there any problem?

I thin the application may be forwarded by New Delhi to Chennai or it may be returned to You as wrongly send. Otherwise they will register you as north region. So i don't worry you application will be back or get registration. But any way for conformation and suggestion post your query at e-sahaayataa available at www.icai.org under students option under Articleship catogery. They will suggest you and help you what action has to be taken by you.
