29 January 2014 Hi all,

i have given IPCC nov 2013 both groups, my exam was not well & i knw i will be fail only.

i have cleared my CPT & now plan to give exam in may 2014.

can u pls tell me when can i eligible to do articles, so i can save my time atleast.

pls help me.

29 January 2014 well you are eligible for articleship only after clearing group 1. So nothing can be done before that...you can alternatively shift to new scheme and start articleship immediately...but you shift you will get to appear for IPCC only in May 15...so no point...just hope for the best...if you fail in Nov 13, work hard for May 14...

i want to knw 1 more thing. if i want to pay Rs.1,02,790/- TDS amount on sale of property, then can i pay this amount by cheque in bank?????

29 January 2014 No..in case you dont have access to online banking, you can print the challan and pay through a nationalized bank...whether the bank accepts the cheque or not shall depend on the bank.

01 February 2014 you need to fill conversion form. complete ITT or OTP. and then register for articleship by filing Form 102 and 103.
