Regarding appeal

Sir,The assessment order on 24/12/2008 for assessment year 2006-07. In which the demand has raised by ACIT of Rs. 126355.00 and 2528.00 u/s220(2). My question is this can i go an appeal for above said order.

You can go in appeal with CIT by requesting him to condone the delay by writing an application. CIT (appeals) can entertain the appeal even after time allowed for appeal i.e."30days" of receipt of order by the assessee.
