Request you to Clarify me whether or not Submission of 15CA & CB required in case of Payment of Buyer's Credit Interest Portion to Indian Bank Overseas Branch???

It is not covered under the exempted list. therefore, if the individual payment
exceed Rs 50 thousand and annual payment exceed Rs 2.5 lakhs, Form 15CA and 15CB are to be issued.
