i filled cpt form on 30th march 2010 and i deposited draft of 6400RS. i just want to confirm that for june exam do i have to fill any other form (like exam form) or every thing is completed and i have to give my exam in june 2010? plzzzzzzzzz help

yes exam form should be fill up and deposit.

Yes Registration form and Examniation form is seprate. Registration fee is onetime. You have to file examination form with fee at the time of exam due
