01 May 2015 What to do if due to dispute between directors accounts of the company can't be prepared and audited. One of the director (female) has taken & destroyed the accounts books and data in order to show her anger. And threaten to sue for sexual harassment if any criminal charges are brought against her. Further, one male director might have slept with her.

01 May 2015 no body can help in this situation if such things are going in any company... either to file FIR and let investigations comes out

02 May 2015 Well, time is a problem for all ... filling an FIR against a women Director is of no use as it will do more harm than good ...

The female in the company if wants to use the law to harass a male, its very convenient and easy. Further, if the male comes out with the fact of his relationship with the female then that if a baseless conjuncture to diminish the females reputation and if female says that the male did it then that is molestation and misuse of power or even rape ...

Keeping that under consideration kindly guide us as to what can be done about the situation with the annual return
