20 February 2014 1. Did you file an electronic return or manual return?

2. The refunds for AY 13-14 are still under process and the department is issuing them as and when the return is processed.

3.. If you filed an electronic return, you can check the status on the e-filing website.
You can also call CPC to know the status.
