Refund processing

02 August 2014 I hav filed my ITR in march,14 for a/y 2013-14, in which refund claim but still there is no processing for refund. the amount of TDS claimed have not mentioned in Form-26AS.
Will that refund receive or not?

02 August 2014 if not mentioned in form 26as then u may find diff to get the refund easily.

05 August 2014 for such refund, you will have to compulsorily approach the jurisdictional officer and prove that TDS was deducted but not reflected in Form 26AS due to deductor's fault.

05 August 2014 TDS have been deducted by Co-operative bank ltd. and the assesse has filled the form 15H for non deduction, but deductor was not considered it, deduct tax and not mentioned PAN in tds certificate.
