my uncle having monthly pension of Rs19600 and he is not having taxable income bur govt. deducted TDS of Rs1960 how he can claim for refund

He needs to file Income Tax Return and claim refund of TDS. Due date of filing return for AY 2015-16 has been extended from 31.07.2015 to 31.08.2015.
