Do an exporter needs to have service tax registration for claiming refund of service tax paid on export related services?
is the person who charging such service tax should have registration?

Defnatly Mr . Rahul Exporter needs 2 have service tax registration No.

Thanks...Mohan...but i guess its service tax code which needs to be taken on application to A.C. / D.C. by exporter rather than general registration....!
