12 August 2009 Do an exporter needs to have service tax registration for claiming refund of service tax paid on export related services?

is the person who charging such service tax should have registration?

12 August 2009 Thanks...Mohan...but i guess its service tax code which needs to be taken on application to A.C. / D.C. by exporter rather than general registration....!
