We are a merchant exporter. earlier we have issued CT1 for some chemical and we export te same. NOw we want our excise duty refund paid at the time of purchasing it. Also we again apply for new CT1, so please confirm me what documents for the same.

obtain goods under cover of ARE-1, ( without CT-1) under claim for rebate of duty, after export file rebate claim to the juridictional DC or meritime as selected by you in ARE-1
Now i have anothe issue. I have issued the CT1 with existing rate but now the rate has change. Can we take the material from the party in name of CT 1 issued
