hi,
we have 1 old gst no of other state and we have input on gst more ten Rs.100000 we are surrending that gst no so my querry is , can we apply for refund of gst input of rcm before surrender or we have to shown it to be part of expenses?

You have to file your all return, annual return and than only you can surrender your no and claim finally if you have to surrender the no.

so after annual return file we can apply for refund of credit on rcm also?

before annual return you can file for refund ….but finally you get the refund after completion of annual and other process because you have to surrender ]

rfid systems just eway bill ka ek tarika hain jo gardi main lage device main inbuild hoga. aap ke paas yadi rfid systems gadi main nahi hain to koi baat nahi aap eway bill ki hard copy gadi ke sath carry kijiy ya to sms yani ki electronic form carry kijiye.
aap 50 hajar ke upar tak ka maal eway bill ki hard copy ya sms ya rfid systems ke sath pure desh main kanhi bhi le ja sakate hain.
rfid compulsory nahi hain ...yah ek tarika hain eway bill ka taki gardi department ke track main rahe bina checking ke.
