Hi
i have a refund in my previous ITR but i haven't recived any so how to follow it up.
Is there any online facility to lodge a complaint to IT dept.
It is for FY 08-09 & Fy09-10, haven't received any assessment order. I checked on NSDL there is no update.

What do you mean by previous ITR, Is it AY 2010-11, please wait , let assessment year over , you will get the Assess order and then refund. You can check the status on www. incometaxindia.gov.in

I think you have filed return manually.if yes then contact with department regarding your refund.
