13 August 2012 I filled a return on on 31/07/2011 for refund of rs. 9600 and intimation received as on 27.12.2011 but amount not credit in my account
I called to cpc banglore thats say no refund/nill demand
i called to SBI Call centre thats say we havent any refund for your pan no.

what i do?
i havent any satisfication answer and refund till date what i do?
please help

14 August 2012 1. Visit e-filing website.
2. Under services Select CPC refund failure status.
3. See the status.
4. Visit this link to know status of refund:

https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/refundstatuslogin.html

5. If the refund ahs not been issued, then login to e-filing webiste.

6. Under My Account, select 143(1)/REFUND/154 service request.

Select one of the modes for refund and submit the same.
