I filled a return on on 31/07/2011 for refund of rs. 9600 and intimation received as on 27.12.2011 but amount not credit in my account
I called to cpc banglore thats say no refund/nill demand
i called to SBI Call centre thats say we havent any refund for your pan no.
what i do?
i havent any satisfication answer and refund till date what i do?
please help

1. Visit e-filing website.
2. Under services Select CPC refund failure status.
3. See the status.
4. Visit this link to know status of refund:
https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/refundstatuslogin.html
5. If the refund ahs not been issued, then login to e-filing webiste.
6. Under My Account, select 143(1)/REFUND/154 service request.
Select one of the modes for refund and submit the same.
2. Under services Select CPC refund failure status.
3. See the status.

5. If the refund ahs not been issued, then login to e-filing webiste.
6. Under My Account, select 143(1)/REFUND/154 service request.
Select one of the modes for refund and submit the same.
