dear sir,
please give me a solution.
one of my friend is working in KSEB in contract basis.. They collected TDS for the year 2012-13. But my friend filled ITR in 2014 ( it is nil return) . Can he claim the refund.. if yes, what is the procedure.. please give me a solution. .

If you filed return with refundable u will get refund to bank account number mentioned there
