I have registered for articleship and filled form 112 for bcom from ccs
now I want to pursue bcom from ignou and drop ccs
can I do it?

ya you can do it... fill the new form 112 back
Also in that u cn write an application of explaning the fact that u had left cs and nw joining bcom
