We are developer and we are taking one society to redevelop. We are giving additional 35% area on existing area. we have already made Development agreement with society
My Query is as under
1. weather we have to pay service tax on Development Agreement cost( Market Value)
2. we are making agreement with tenant and shown agreement cost (additional Area)
3. how to calculate service tax on all transaction and what percentage

for redevelopement, there are certain issues under income tax. But for service tax, it is a straight case. You can pay the same after abatement.
