rectification u/s 154

07 April 2011 My firm had filled return for A.Y. 2009-10 dated 10/02/2010 and notice of demand order dated 06/09/2010,this letter i rec 1 week before.In return there is net profit of Rs.949/- which is after allowing partners remuneration. But the A.O had compute tax on 50949/-(including partners remuneration) which is calculated at 19940/-including interest.we have paid tax accordingly consider income of Rs. 949/-i.e. 310/-.I have filled return online.

so i kindly request you to suggest me what to do.And how this rectification can be made.
